Bats can be a good source of natural mosquito control. The bat house should be installed on a pole where there is no shade. It should mount 3 to 4 meters above the ground to cut down on predators. The house should face where it absorbs the most sunlight to keep the temperature at a higher level.

Organizing an event to help senior citizens learn how to use the internet and basic computer skills can help them in many ways. They can learn how to use email and video services so they will be able to have instant communication with their friends and family. Playing games will help them keep their brains more active, which can help ward off neurological disorders.
Wheelchair Ramp
Building an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp for someone not able to use stairs anymore is a great project for a future Eagle Scout. This shows that they know how to plan an enterprise that will benefit others. It needs to be sturdy and usable in different weather conditions. For each inch that it rises, there should be 12 inches of ramp length. Handrails and nonskid surfaces should be built with the ramp system.
